As title says, My Kraken Z63 Has suddenly stopped being detected by cam and windows. I recently upgraded to Intel 13th gen and a LGA 1700 motherboard. During this migration and subsequent reinstall of windows my Kraken has simply stopped being detected. I can hear the pump whirring and it's cooling my CPU (although not as much as it should)

Doubtful 3rd party program...like what? Did you contact NZXT support? I would doublecheck the wire that has the in the mobo and the Micro-USB Cable. Unplug and plug back in dont just look. The one that has the Micro-USB on one end and the USB header that plugs into the mobo. That cable is the one that sends info to CAM.
